Centraal gelegen, nabij station en op 10m lopen van het centrum. Voldoende privacy, goede isolatie. Comfortabel warm tijdens koude dagen. Gratis parkeergelegenheid, niet in straat zelf maar wel in zijstraat vlakbij.
Het Ikea bedmeubel was in zeer slechte staat. Ik zakte door de lattenbodem toen ik ging liggen!! De meeste latten bleken los te zitten. Bovendien sloten de meubelpanelen niet goed aan. Gelukkig kon ik het bedmeubel provisorisch repareren, zodat ik in ieder geval kon slapen! Ik heb het euvel meteen gemeld bij de verhuurder, maar ontving geen enkele reactie. Daarnaast was het uitklaptafeltje zeer stoffig, en zaten er bruine vlekken op de wasmachine : erg vies!!
