A localização é perfeita. O apto é super bem decorado, clean e com tudo necessário para uma estada confortável.
Fica muito perto de um centro de compras com mercado e farmácia excelentes.
As vagas na garagem são amplas.
O rooftop é uma graça. E ver o pôr do sol nele é sensacional.
O prédio é novo. E ainda há muita obra. A limpeza do prédio deixou a desejar.
Ficamos 4 dias e os corredores e áreas comuns com bastante sujeira de obra. Não há limpeza diária nos andares.
Nada q impeça o uso. Mas, o prédio é tão lindo que é uma pena não haver mais esmero na limpeza diária.
Qto ao apartamento, gostei de tudo. Tudo novinho, limpo, organizado.
Só sugiro deixar mais um pano de prato disponível.

Espaço do banheiro é minúsculo, mesmo para quem não tem medidas tão grandes.
Apenas um jogo de toalhas é uma economia impactante para quem ficar período longo.
Lavatório fora do banheiro. Sair do banheiro sem lavar as mãos, é um grave incômodo.

Small loft at a great location. Very walkable to local restaurants and museums. The loft is well furnished, and has the basics for you to have breakfast or prepare some meals. We only missed a drip-coffee machine (it also does not have an oven, but we haven't missed it).
Building has a nice swimming pool and is very new and modern. You can use the garage and it was a breeze to talk to the loft administrator.
Nothing that bothered us at all but if left closed without the A/C on, the apartment will have a soft moist/mold smell. Might be for the natural high humidity but we have stayed in multiple places in Salvador and haven't felt this. We found it odd for a brain new loft.
Also minor, it is kind of annoying to get in and out of the garage as we need to wait for the staff to open it for you.
