This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a bonus room.
Retire to the large master bedroom, outfitted with a king bed and 32” flat-screen Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a separate water closet with a shower.
Great for families, the second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed (each with new comforters), a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and new decor. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The bonus room sleeps two guests in a comfy daybed with a trundle.
Need extra sleeping space? The living room features a leather fold-out bench with a new single memory foam mattress.

This condo's proximity to the beach makes it a breeze to go back and forth from this convenient ground-floor location. you'll also enjoy countless amenities such as: An indoor heated pool and hot tub (open year-round), sauna, beach boardwalk, beach volleyball, picnic area with barbecue pits, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball, shuffleboard courts, cornhole, gym, umbrella and chair rentals, and a sun deck with palapas.
For seafood and happy hour specials just down the street, visit Blackbeard's, a neighborhood mainstay since 1978. After dinner, head across the street to pick up an Italian ice at Dolce Roma. Or stop by WannaWanna (10-minute walk) for pub fare, live music, and cocktails on a beachfront deck.
Adventurers can check out Air Padre or South Padre Island Watersports (5-minute drive), where you can rent bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and more. The beach water park at Isla Blanca is just a 10-minute drive away.

This is the one you want. Super close beach access, very clean and comfortable. Felt like home right away.

Our family enjoyed our stay here for a few days! We have small children that still require naps during the day, so the easy beach and pool access was key for us! We literally walked out the back door to the pool or beach -- the property is in a great location! The beach is public access but it seemed that only locals were around and super friendly and the beach was not overly crowded when we went -- super enjoyable. The pool was crowded though. I would recommend that a keypad lock be placed on the back door, much like the front door for easier access in and out and for security purposes.
The property was clean when we arrived. A little more cleaning detail could have been given to the showers, but overall the property was very clean inside and out. We felt very safe during stay and the parking is super close, which is helpful when traveling with children. We were able to rest inside and watch some kid friendly movies and TV during the day when needed.
The staff on the property were very friendly. There was a hard working maintenance gentleman that cleaned the walkways, pool, hot-tub, and beach path each day while we were there. There were plenty of chairs and 2 small tables on the patio which was nice and convenient!
Our only small compliant was the lack of cell and internet service. We had absolutely no cell service inside the property, which was a bit disappointing in this day and age. We contacted the number listed on the sheet inside the property but it was just busy, we contacted the property staff but they were unable to resolve the issue. Having access to the internet is nice but not a necessity on vacation so we understood that part, but not being able to use our phones ended up being a big hassle and caused quite the disturbance one morning. Our fire alarms/security system was malfunctioning back at our home and NO ONE could get a hold of us to resolve the issue. We would most likely stay here again if the cell/internet issue This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This is a great location on the first floor, steps from the beach. Nice details include a pull-through driveway and luggage carts for unloading and loading, a matted walkway through the dune to the beach, a tiny bonus bedroom, a dual keurig (make a pot or take your pods for a single), a smart tv (yay for Netflix) and an extra rollaway bed. There was a countertop ice maker which is awesome. We did not use it, but it was nice to know it was there. They had pool noodles, a boogie board and some floats available in the master closet, which was nice. The owners went to great lengths to label things and provide detailed instructions on the tv, speakers, etc. Very appreciated!
Things to know (these are all pretty standard for SPI rentals):
-1 parking pass per condo, so plan accordingly.
-The kitchen has cookware, but not condiments and basics like spices, so bring all the ingredients if you want to cook.
-There are about 5 or 6 steps from condo level down to the walkway to the beach. Just know that if you take a wagon, you'll need to carry it down.
-The backdoor does not have a key pad and only locks with deadbolts because the Latch Bolt is corroded so the thumb turn doesn't work. That means you need to lock it from inside and walk around when you go to the beach, but it's a super short walk and definitely wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Hopefully they'll address that, but not a huge deal to us.
Sure it's an older condo, but it's not crazy out of date. All in all, the location was awesome and we had everything we needed, so we thought it was a great price for a great location!

Condo was clean and was stocked well. Was not happy with the COOL pool. This was my 4th year at suntide ll, this year the pool was cool or cold...paid for heated pool and was so cold there was 1 week couldn`t even go in...should have been reimbursed...called a few times and just got different answers each time. Talked to other renters in condos and they got different answers too. Very disappointing. Hopefully next year it will be better or we will go somewhere else. Thanks
