Central London flat

Ho trascorso una piacevole settimana a Londra con la mia famiglia (3 adulti e 1 ragazzo). La casa era davvero accogliente e funzionale in una zona tranquilla servita benissimo dai bus che permettono di raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Londra e dintorni. Comodissimo il check in autonomo. La comunicazione con l'host via chat e' stata veloce ed efficace. Casa consigliatissima.

El piso es muy cómodo, las camas permitían dormir muy bien, el salón enorme, la terraza muy bien. La verdad es que todo estaba bien. La zona no era la que más limpiaba el ayutamiento, era multicultural a tope, y había muchos sitios donde comprar y comer. La línea de metro a 10m, una línea que lleva a muchos sitios. El piso tenía de todo, la foto fue tomada desde la terraza.

No hay nada que no me gustase.

Beautiful and spacious flat conveniently located near bus stop and station. Comfy and large beds. Convenient self check-in. Good communication with owner. Kitchen well equipped, but could be improved by adding a microwave. Flat was very clean, dishes were not - previous guest seem to have not been very tidy.

Little free storage in the cabinets / cupboards. There already is a lot of stuff and not much space to store your own things. And additional (empty) cabinet an a few hooks for jackets in the hallway would be a welcome addition.

- the flat is at Elephant & Castle and you can use the buses and tube - the rooms are big enough and there are two bathrooms - there is a nice balcony - the kitchen has a lot of accessories - when asked, the owner responded and we knew how to proceed

- there were many opened food products in the cupboards that were expired (and should have been put in the fridge in the first place years ago). Nobody seems to go through the products to check the expiry date and throw away stuff. There were even leftovers in the fridge. - the kitchen was dirty. There were a lot of disgusting kitchen utensils that were stained or not cleaned. We have cleaned everything by hand before using it first. The towels were very dirty and we did not use them for cleaning. - while the owner responded, we had to ask a lot of stuff. Like where the trash should go, the instructions for the wifi were not correct and the coffee machine was missing. The instructions sounded more like an escape room and it would have been easier to have a small book of clear instructions IN the flat. - the area is not silent. It's very loud and at night is not the best time to be outside - we only had one towel per person and those towels were not really clean either because there were fluff and hair on them and when you used them they made your skin fluffy.
