This lower level of a 1920s oceanfront cottage boasts pristine views of the Strait of Georgia, the Gulf Islands, and the passing ferries to/from the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. Fully stocked kitchenette, 3/4 bath, and luxurious linens in the queen bed. Oversized windows bring the outside in! Private patio with grill and Adirondack chairs. Less than 10 steps down from the patio, find yourself on the sand, enjoying the beach. Kayaks, too!

Little unit was exceptional. Close to beach. Everything needed was onsite. Beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was good and bathroom was great! Comfy bed.

Just a perfect on the beach location fir me, the sole occupant. Everything I needed. Excellent beach views and listened all night to the waves.

It’s cute and clean but a lot for what it is (especially for Canadians paying in USD). The excessive cleaning fee isn’t clear until right before booking and there is no cancellation allowed. Big cleaning fee also considering you’re asked to strip the bed and take out the garbage. Lots of noise from tenants above as there is no sound insulation. It would be fine if you were renting both places and didn’t mind the noise and not being as private. I think the booking reviews are rated too highly. It is rated poorly on airbnb.
