The location is fantastic. It’s quiet, comfortable and the apartment is beautifully appointed

The location was outstanding. Convenient to great cafes and restaurants, good walks, Finders st station, CBD attractions. It was very spacious with two lounge areas. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable.
A few small housekeeping issues were negative but not enough to dislike eg bath towels were still in dryer when we arrived, no dishwashing liquid in kitchen, milk in fridge was out of date, one hook in bathroom was broken limiting hanging.

Very good location.
The water heater unit is in the master bedroom, there was a horrible smell permeating through the room and spreading to the whole unit. The fan in the master did not have a remote and whatever remote was next to bed, did not work.
