the location is excellent, everything is within 5–10 minutes, and the train station is about a 14-minute walk away.

From the very beginning, we experienced issues when trying to book this apartment through the agency. For some reason, our bank card kept being rejected. We contacted both our bank and Booking.com, and they confirmed the issue was on the agency’s side. Despite sending several emails, we did not receive any response, and communication was very poor from the start. When we arrived at the accommodation, we also found that the utensils and plates were not clean, so we had to wash everything again before use. While the kitchen was generally well equipped, some basic essentials like salt, pepper, and other common ingredients were missing—items we’ve usually found provided in similar apartments. The main concerns were downstairs in the bedroom and bathroom. There was a persistent damp, mouldy smell that did not improve over time. By the third day, we noticed visible mould under the window, and the wall appeared to be crumbling, with debris on the floor near the bedside tables. The bathroom design was also problematic. The sink is positioned too high, causing water to splash everywhere when washing. The shower is very small, and water easily spills out onto the floor, meaning we had to clean it up after each use. Additionally, there were not enough toilet rolls provided for our stay, so we had to purchase our own. Towels were also not replaced during our one-week stay. While we understand that additional cleaning services may come at an extra cost, we believe that for a stay of this length, at least one set of fresh towels should be included. Overall, we do not feel the apartment offers good value for money, especially as we saw similar options available for a lower price. We observed many accommodations were managed by this agency but we would never choose to book with them again.
