Trochę głośni sąsiedzi pierwsze 2 dni ale akurat tak się trafiło

Piękny nowiutki apartament w cichej okolicy ,do centrum zabytkowego 30 min piechotką ale w pobliżu autobusy 5 min pieszo,bliziutko sklep market spożywczy.Klimatyzacja,rolety wyciszające i przyciemnianie,czysciutko !!!naprawdę serdecznie polecam !!

Brakowało kilku drobiazgów pomyślcie o półeczce na kosmetyki pod prysznicem, większym zapasem papieru toaletowego I ręcznika papierowego w kuchni na pobyt 5 dniowy, 4 osobowej rodzinki to za mało, ale to tylko detale. 😁

the apartment is ok, mostry clean, good area. Take into consideration it's a studio, the bedroom is not separated as stated so if you need privacy, you won't get it here - it's one long room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom & Livingroom.

We had some bad luck with this location - there was a very very poignant smell of cat urine. maybe a stray found it's way in, maybe the last people who booked had a cat, idk. it was bad - like, eyes watering bad. we booked for 2 nights and went to the apartment quite late. we didn't sleep at all. my husband tried sleeping on the couch - but again, it's one big room. nothing worked and the smell was everywhere. if it was a bit warmer, i would have slept outside or in the car. it was too late for us to search for something else. so, first thing in the morning i ask the host if there is another apartment available because we can't stay there. we check out before 10:30 AM, found another place on booking and went there to rest. i let the host know that this never happened to us before and in my opinion it's unacceptable to be forced to leave a hose because of such a strong smell. i requested the money back for one night, seeing how we checked out one day early and not because we wanted to. it's been 2 weeks, the host is very unresponsive and unprofessional. initially they told me they'd send someone to check, but no real response has been given. i'm still looking to get my money back, but i've been on booking for more than 15 years, and i've never ever had such an unprofessional host.
