נוח, זמינות, ניקיון מקסימלי. הכל נראה ומרגיש חדש, התקשורת עם בעלי המקום נוחה מאוד, הוראות הגעה ברורות, קרבה מפתיעה לבר ופיצרייה מעולה (20 מ״ר), כריות ושמיכות נעימות מאוד. המטבחונים המשותפים נקיים, מכילים כל מה שצריך - לרמת החלב וחליטות התה שהיו הפתעה נחמדה. תמורה גבוהה מאוד ביחס לתשלום
מזרן קשה לטעמי, אבל מודה שהרגיש על הצד הבריא, ועדיין ישנו מעולה :)

חדרים גדולים, מיטה זוגית וספה זוגית מאוד נוחות, מיזוג, מטבח משותף מאווזר עם כל מה שצריך, מכונת קפה עם קפסולות חופשי, בר מים פינת קפה, תה, חלב במקרר, ממש חשבו על הכל. הכל בקומת קרקע עם גינת ישיבה נוחה. מיקום מצויין.
