Not recommend. Very hot inside of capsule. Washroom and bathroom is very dirty. There's no hook and shelve in the bathroom. One of the lady staff is terrible. No allow to store luggage before check in and after check out. Unless you pay for the locker.

Pros: * Convenient location within walking distance of the subway station. * Plenty of food options nearby. * Capsules offer privacy, with lockable doors for added security. * Washrooms and showers are generally good. * Spacious trash bins in the capsule area. * Large lockers that can fit a carry-on with extra room. * Female dorm has key-card access for added security. Cons: * Footsteps can be quite loud, even from the top bunk, and may disturb your sleep. * Doors slamming is common and can be disruptive at night. * Washroom trash bins could be larger to accommodate the needs of the entire floor. * Showers could benefit from hooks for hanging clothes and personal belongings. * Website and directions need improvement. The location links provided via text message and WhatsApp were misleading. The website’s directions link led to a Google Maps listing for Aria Hotel in the US, while the Instagram account listed a different address. As a result, we initially went to the wrong location. * Customer service could be improved. The staff at the location we initially visited informed us that there were two capsule residence addresses and gave us the correct one. However, when I tried to explain how the incorrect links and website instructions had caused the confusion, the staff member did not seem receptive or acknowledge the issue.
