Cozy Apartment 46 - Minerva Tower IAȘI

Apartamentul foarte frumos si curat, check-in si check-out foarte usor, utilitati si facilitati de uz casnic foarte bune. Am apreciat masina de spalat si bara de uscat/agatat haine din balconel. Dormitorul foarte spatios, comfortabil si frumos. In general, o sedere minunata, si gazda foarte amabila.

Singura problema pe care am intampinat-o a fost faptul ca desi robinetul de la cada e bun pentru facut baie, tevile nu permit ca apa sa fie moderata ca temperatura, e ori foarte fierbinte ori foarte rece, ceea ce nu permite folosirea pentru dus. Totusi, problema respectiva e obisnuita la cladiri in zona, asa ca nu cred ca e ceva ce proprietarul ar putea repara.

Great location for me, 3 minute walk from my relatives. Quiet area and feels safe too. Easy to navigate to and usually has a parking spot available. The apartment was on 8th (top) floor with a modern and spacious lift access. It was obvious that the host values cleanliness. Everything was exceptional. I visit Iaşi every year and this is where I'll stay again, as long as it's available - I won't even bother looking for elsewhere. Plus, I don't usually write reviews unless things are bad and others need to know about it, but I couldn't ignore reviewing this place. Exceptional. Just wow.

The apartment is beautiful. When I asked the host if it was possible to have a birthday cake, she kindly arranged it for me. Everything was perfect.

Locație aproape de gară,magazine,stație tramvai! Până in zona Palas e max 10 min cu masina! Ptr cei cu interes la spitalul Arcadia e la distanță de 3 min cu masina! Apartamentul foarte frumos mobilat,cu toate utilitățile incluse! O gazdă minunată si prietenoasă! Recomand cozy apartament!
