Pool not functional

The flat was far better than expected. It was clean, secure and safe as that was something I was worried about. Staff were excellent, always available and prompt in dealing with whatever queries you had or issues. Extremely courteous and polite. Had an issue at midnight and staff were available fo deal with my issue. Extremely clean, tastefully furnished. Shootout to Rotimi, Pascal and Felicia , they were all great. Honestly I normally stay in hotels was skeptical about staying in Airbnb but would gladly stay there again. Highly recommend.

Only issue i had was with the air conditioning in one of the rooms let out a nasty damp smell so bad it was hard to breathe so we did not really use that AC and they promised to look at. Nothing significant . Could do with trays in the kitchen and hand towels in the toilets and ensure bathmats inside and outside the bath. I had to ask for it but should be standard as there could be an accident as floor is tiled and will be slippery if wet and the bath should have a shower mat inside it to avoid accidents. Nothing i did not like and my standards are high.
