After fixing the equipment, the staff was warm and attentive. Based on my travel plans, they patiently briefed me on surrounding areas and recommended scenic spots and popular check-in locations, helping me get familiar with Shanghai quickly. What touched me most was that upon learning I had just entered China with no WeChat or Alipay accounts for online shopping and payments, the staff offered proactive help. They took endless time to assist me with account registration and information verification, downloaded and set up Taobao for me, and taught me basic operations step by step. They removed my biggest obstacles to travelling and shopping in a foreign city.
