This unit is the top left of a block of four. It is very nicely renovated, super clean and comfortable and close to the beach and shops. It is also good value for money.
The only thing that a guest needs to be aware of is that it is on the main road into Evans Head and it can get noisy. Also the sound proofing is poor and you can hear noise from the other units. Overall this didn't affect our stay but is good to know for some folk.

Very clean and well presented. Great location with forest and then beach across the road. Value was quite good. Two bedrooms main has large comfortable bed and the other has two singles. Good guide on local attractions and there is lots to see and do in the general area.
Two external exposed staircases to access upstairs unit. No curtain or blind for main living room. No heating of any form. A simple fan was the only form of cooling. No exhaust fan in single bathroom/toilet and no other mirrors in the unit. I am tall, but the shower cubicle is quite cramped and the old fashioned curtain does not help.
