HOTEL TERRANOVA Abancay

This recently built property offers a comfortable stay, away from the bustle of the charming village—which is just a short taxi ride away, located 150 meters lower down. It boasts beautiful views of the mountains and the village, which is built along the hillside. We chose the suite with a whirlpool tub, which was both relaxing and well-designed. Excellent value for money! The staff are incredibly kind, humble, and polite, always ready to meet any needs. Touches like the welcome message in the room and the bar service are appreciated details that really make the difference. Private parking is available. Even though it was winter, it wasn't cold, so heating wasn't necessary. Thanks for all!

The staff was very friendly. And they prepared the breakfast freshly just for us. We had a problem with the wifi but they helped us fix it without hesitation. Generally felt very welcomed by the staff at the reception.

We tried showering 3 times. There was a little hot water once and 0 hot water the other 2 times. It's a long walk up the hill to get to the hotel. Maybe this is on us but it looks like a short walk on a map when you don't know that it's all uphill.
