Midtown LakeView 2BR House with Heated pool, Netflix, 24Hr security & reception -Shawmut Nakuru

It didn’t start well but ended well. The 2nd house which is the one I had booked was amazing and very clean and had a fully functional kitchen,it had a huge clean bed compared to the 1st I was checked into . Check out was very flexible and I liked. The staff were amazingly friendly and responded very fast when Internet went off. They provided candies The location was wonderful

I Arrived and check in took like 20 minutes since I had to wait for the staff to check me in ( he was checking in other guests too) and there was no waiting area. I had booked 4 days before and I was given a different house from which I had booked which wasn’t very nice and cleanliness was bad.(they said a guest extended ) I was working in the morning and they came to shift me to another house hence interrupted my work. Next time communicate with the guest about not getting what they booked in advance. The shower heads made it difficult to shower as the water was just splashing all over bathroom.

Netflix Account hat nicht funktioniert, Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein & leider hat es auch in dieser Wohnung nicht mit einer heißen Dusche geklappt.

Everything. The place is modern, beautiful with all the amenities you need in a self-catering place. The host is welcoming and ready to assist with anything you need.

I had a bit of a hard time getting hot water in the shower.
