Clean place and new equipment. Quick service for the request. Good location in Gangnam. Easy to go for shopping and dinner, and still manange to have some quiet time and rest at the accommodation.

It would be nice to have more cups, plates and cutlery for the long stay (more than 5days).

High tech, spotless apartment hotel in an excellent hangman location. Good facilities in the apartment for cooking and laundry, fast wifi and good temperature control, everything I needed for a comfortable 3 day stay. The staff were great when I needed support for late check out, friendly and quick to respond.

Lots of cupboards and wardrobes but rails are short and there is nowhere to hang suits, long coats or dresses. Not a big issue but easy to create some space for long garments.

Enough space for our family. Comfortable accommodations and enough restaurants nearby. High tech amenities, having a gym was nice!

Could not figure out how to turn down the heat! Only way was to turn on the AC to counteract the heating. Location is in Gangnam but more closer to the financial area. Food options are available and good but not too close to tourist attractions. Trains aren't too far away though so not too bad. Also for all the square footage, a lot of it was wasted as there's a lot of cabinetry storage that for short term visitors, would never be used and just take up space. There's also not much in the kitchen for cooking or barely enough for eating (no knives!).
