Clean, well organized, all kitchen appliances available, and the staff very responsive and kind
Everything is great, except that there was noise from the opposite room. Their voices and TV were very loud at night, but to be fair, once I informed the watchman, he managed to let them reduce the sound for a couple of hours. So as constructive feedback please invest in sound isolation.

Everything is perfect in this apartment. I felt welcomed and cared for while my visit was brief, I fear very comfortable.
No elevator, stairs are tough when traveling alone with heavy luggage. Both ascending and descending.
Side narrow walkway to the building, not an entrance directly facing the road.
*Note: Only payment at the apartment is possible, both Card and Cash. (Even though Booking.Com offers a prepay. It is false.
