gute Lage in Wertach, man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Gepflegtes, ruhiges Haus aus Ende 70er/Anfang 80-iger, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, alles sauber mit Wintergarten und Terrasse. Parkgarage vorhanden; wir haben sie nicht genutzt. Sehr guter, freundlicher Kontakt mit der netten Vermieterin.
wie das bei Häusern aus dieser Zeit häufiger vorkommt, war es meiner Meinung nach nicht ausreichend isoliert. In der ersten Nacht fand ich es kühl, wurde dann aber durch wärmeres Wetter und nachdem der Schnee rundherum geschmolzen war, besser
