Just Urban Stays - Chic Retro 1BR Apartment -10 min by tram to Duomo

Gianmaria and Lorenzo were extremely responsive and kind hosts. We had a running dialogue with them throughout our stay as they checked in with us and answered our questions. Their directions/expectations are simple and reasonable. The apartment feels secure on the 4th floor with the keypad lock (and, there is an elevator!). The street is very quiet, especially with the blinds down, and it is conveniently located near public transportation. It's also not too far a walk from the city center. While the apartment is small by American standards, the tall ceilings make it feel fresh and airy, and the space is tidy and very efficient. Plus, the living room is quite spacious when the sofa bed is folded, and the bedroom is large and had plenty of space for clothes. We liked the decor, too! The kitchen is stocked with basic household goods, and it is easy to prepare simple meals at home. The appliances worked as advertised and had the necessary supplies. In short, it had everything we needed and we would definitely return again.

There were no significant inconveniences or problems. The sofa bed might be a bit uncomfortable for adults. It would be nice to have some drawers to store small clothes. If you slide on the floor in your socks you will fall, as my son discovered (twice). We were very pleased with the experience.

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, confortevole ed elegante. Arredi su misura, ambienti luminosi e caldi. Bagno grande, specchio ad intera parete, doccia spaziosa. Biancheria morbida e a sufficienza. Cucina dotata di tutte le stoviglie necessarie anche a pranzare. Molto apprezzata la cortesia delle capsule caffè, zucchero e persino condimenti in monoporzione. Posizione servita da tram e autobus con cui è possibile raggiungere in 10min il Duomo. Proprietà cortese e disponibile, ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli all'arrivo prima dell'ora di check in.

Suggerirei di migliorare il comfort dei materassi e cuscini.
