Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal - perfekter Kontakt! Ruhig. Perfekte Lage zum Music Center, als auch zu Supermarkt, Natur, usw.
Sauberkeit leider nur oberflächlich - Reinigung von zB Staubweben in Fensterrahmen würde ich empfehlen ;) Bett ist doch recht hart. Durch die sehr alte und demolierte Waschmaschine sieht die Küche schnell abgenutzt und schmuddelig aus. Außerdem fehlte alltägliches Gewürz (Salz).

Sehr ruhig, in der Küche alles vorhanden. Gemütlich eingerichtet, eine kleine Terrasse vorhanden. Supermarkt schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Preis-Leistung stimmt, Emden gut zu erreichen.
Einbauküche ist an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber so wie der Rest aussieht, wird das bestimmt bald geändert.
