We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location situated in the second line right next to Al Masjid al Nabawi, it was only a 5 minute walk to Gate 328 convenient for access to the ladies' entrance. There are also plenty of great restaurants and shopping options surrounding the property. the staff service was exceptional from front desk to housekeeping Mr Yamin islam

Location is good. Fast check in, good staff at reception. Paid parking available 75-100 SAR per day.

Rooms are too small. Price is very high compared to room sized and quality, almost 1100 SAR per night, not worth it. Many elevators but when returning from prayers can be big hassle due to big crowd. Parking is available but it is too narrow for a large SUV. If i knew it before, would have parked somewhere else, very risky. Also if another car is parked next to your SUV, you cannot take out your vehicle unless the other vehicle is removed. (This comment is for large SUV only like Yukon, Patrol, Landcruiser etc)
