The host (Flavio) was a very nice person who made us feel very welcome. We were given a full tour of the apartment, pool, parking etc. If we needed anything we only had to call him. However, we didn't need to. The apartment was spotlessly clean and hygienic. Everything we needed was provided, including push bikes. A very modern apartment with WIFI and digital TV. Great location with a lovely swimming pool. A supermarket was only a 5 minute walk away. The area is peaceful and private.

The accommodation fully exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, even though we did not plan to cook much during our stay. Parking was very convenient, with the option to use the underground garage. The swimming pool was always clean and well designed, suitable both for swimming and for children to play in the shallow area. Two sun loungers and a parasol were also available. Flavio was extremely kind and helpful. At the beginning of our stay, he explained everything, showed us around, and also gave us useful tips about the local area. Bicycles were available as well, although we did not use them as we had brought our own. There are shops within walking distance. Due to the location, visiting the town centre is more convenient by bicycle or requires a longer walk. This was not a problem for us, as we actually enjoyed the location and the surroundings. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

There are two camps nearby, and one of them often had a fairly loud evening entertainment programme that continued until late in the evening. However, the accommodation was very well soundproofed, so this was not a problem at all when sleeping.

Con la nostra famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento Archi 11 ed è stato come sentirsi a casa. L’appartamento è accogliente, luminoso e curato nei dettagli. Pulizia impeccabile, letti comodissimi (anche il divano per i nostri figli) e cucina super attrezzata. All’esterno un piccolo angolo verde che rende l’appartamento ancora più accogliente. È situato nella zona di Sirmione, molto vicina al lago. Una bellissima sorpresa sono state le biciclette a disposizione: non sapevamo fossero incluse e ci hanno permesso di goderci Sirmione e il lungolago senza la macchina. Nel residence c’è una bellissima piscina a sfioro che non abbiamo utilizzato dato il periodo. Un grazie speciale per la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Flavio al nostro arrivo. Sicuramente un appartamento che consigliamo e dove torneremo volentieri!
