The bed was comfortable and the bathroom worked. The window opened. Staff are very helpful if you tip.
The area outside the room was full of rubbish. The door was difficult to open. The window wouldn’t close.

Comfy bed, clean sheets, good shower, kettle, opening window
Door to the room was difficult to open, the window handle fell of so I couldn’t close it, the blind was broken, the foyer outside the room smelled and had a huge rubbish cart stored in it.

Close to malls
Just realized there are many more better hotels than this one. It's an old building with many defects.
