Dacha Retreat

Amazing place. New, spacious, clean. Super comfortable bed. High ceilings. Nature at your fingertips. Mornings on the balcony - and it feels like paradise. The lush green, the birds, just beautiful. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped. The studio will be cleaned regularly. And the hosts are super friendly and nice. Great and easy communication. If you are looking for a perfect place close to the beach but a bit away from the tourism hotspot, don’t look any further. This is really a hidden gem. And I don’t want to leave.

The place is really really lovely. First of all the owners of the property are one of the nicest people i’ve met. They made sure i had everything i needed for my stay here. The room itself was really really big and clean. You get a really big comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with hot shower (really hot! You can change the temperature). Also a big big garden with private outside kitchen for you to use. I even saw a peacock here! The location is also perfect for anyone who still wants to be close to both ahangama and weligama but doesn’t like the busy streets. It’s really peaceful and quiet and still close to everything. You also feel really secure here cause they have a camera at the front and backside of the building. Would have loved to stay here longer!

Everything was perfect!

We were so lucky to have found this place! It's a truly cozy and warm spot. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal: close to Weligama on one side and the amazing Midigama Beach on the other, yet the property itself is quiet and peaceful. The garden with its pond full of fish and turtles is magical – we even saw some beautiful birds visiting! Highly recommended!

Internet. It's worth noting that the connection wasn't very stable. But in a place like this, this is a minor issue and didn't detract from our experience.

Amazing and beautiful location – very peaceful, yet just a short walk from Cocobeach. The accommodation is quite new, well maintained, and you even have the option to cook there yourself. The owners are extremely kind, attentive, and always helpful. Everything was simply wonderful. I felt very comfortable here, and it was even better than I expected. I would definitely come back again! ——— Super tolle und schöne Lage – absolut ruhig und trotzdem nur wenige Schritte vom Cocobeach entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist noch ziemlich neu, sehr gepflegt und man hat sogar die Möglichkeit, dort selbst zu kochen. Die Eigentümer sind äußerst bemüht, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Es hat wirklich alles wunderbar gepasst. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und es war sogar noch schöner als erwartet. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
