Well equipped room with mini kitchen and nice bathroom. Convenient location for a stopover-day at the Technik Museum Sinsheim. Very clean, high quality equipment, comfy bed. Easy check-in and super communication by email.

Unfortunately a severely big MINUS for virtually no daylight in the main-room. Windows face into a dark unlit back passage, thus the room is dark during the day and requires artificial light at all times. The technical equipment is highly functional and high quality. Unfortunately these high spec, while meaning well, are not very suitable for a holiday accommodation, catering for guests who are no engineers nor have no time to study lengthy manuals (which were not provided). I am by far no technical dummy and have an engineering background in electronics as well as plumbing, but it took me some time to work out that (and how) the TV runs on satellite and not DVT, how to cook the microwave for a simple 5 minutes duration rather than to grapple with an AI cooking program and (you won't believe it!) how to start the multi-function shower. Yes it does work!

Helpful host, fast to respond. Freshly renovated, clean, fully functional apartment. Two toilets. Super comfortable special bed. Close to the technical museums.

A bit hard entrance, strange corridor, steep stairs. Temporarily there was the bypass thru the village, the cars were somewhat disturbing in the morning, otherwise peaceful. There is a bar downstairs, but we intentionally stayed during the days when it was closed. Despite these, it gets my 9 out of 10.

Wir konnten am Abend über den Türcode sehr einfach "ein-checken". Am nächsten Tag konnten wir die Vermieter persönlich kennenlernen, die uns super unterstützt haben, sodass wir von Anfang an alles finden konnten und sehr gut untergebracht waren. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend, denn die Ferienwohnung war mit viel Liebe bis ins Detail in den alten Bestand eingebaut worden.

Excellent stay. Santina is a host who is always available, very friendly and understanding. The house is excellent and has everything you need for a great stay, whether for work or holidays. I recommend it to everyone.
