The owner is very nice and helpful. He also makes good food so you will have no problem being full while you’re there. It’s more reasonably priced than any other accommodation in the area besides maybe one hostel dorm. Definitely a good option for budget travels and a welcoming stay.
Not really in the owners control but the mosquitos are rough. And the noise from the street is a bit annoying but again nothing he can control. It is a problem with overdevelopment in the area.
