I honestly cannot say enough good things about my recent stay at The Sandpiper House in Panama City Beach. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations, making it easily one of the best trips I’ve had. The Property The Sandpiper House is a true gem. It was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and provided the perfect home base for our time in PCB. You can tell that a lot of care goes into managing this property, as everything was comfortable, well-stocked, and felt exactly like a home away from home. The Host A huge thank you to Igor for being such a phenomenal host. His communication was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, proactive with information, and made the entire process—from booking to check-out—completely seamless. It is rare to find a host who is this attentive and genuinely dedicated to ensuring their guests have a perfect stay.

We had a great time staying here. Everything we needed and then some was available. We will definitely be returning to this BnB in the future. I truly enjoyed staying here. The manager was very kind and accommodating and even checked in with us to make sure we are doing well. The check out process was one of the easiest I've had to deal with when leaving. I really appreciate being here. And the walk to the beach was super close and easy. There is a pedestrian crossing light right on the corner to make it even nicer for crossing the main way.
