The convenience of this condo is great! We were able to park just steps away from our room. We had what was necessary and were able to walk out the back door directly to the pool, which was clean, then just steps to the beach. I can’t say enough about the location and convenience!

When we first got to the building , walking inside the condo there was a bad odor, just old and musty kind of but after being in there a while we never smelled it again. The back door was an issue; it needs a new lock and was difficult to shut, we did not like being able to lock the door to go to the beach. The coffee maker never worked for me so I was sad I didn’t get my daily 2 cups of coffee😞 and we did not have much help with finding the washer and dryer. It stated there’s a washer in the unit but it is not, and laundry was in another building or on a different floor but guy in the front lobby was less than helpful.. we brought our clothes home dirty.
