Excellent design and ok ocean views. Carpet and beds very good. Kitchen so so. It is a 1990 construction. Property HOA maintains their part meticulously. Right on the water. Easy access to New Bern and Beaufort with all points in between.
Chairs for dining are painful to sit in. Property manager Emerald Isle Realty is not what it once was. We arrived to a roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms, no paper towels, a washer that leaked, no soaps except for dish washer, etc.
