The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always willing to help. We felt at home from the moment we checked in and had our welcome drinks.
The views at sunrise were another of the highlights.
The food in the restaurant was delicious, and they have options for all different tastes, also for breakfast.
The beds and bathroom could be a bit better, they are not bad, but don't expect anything fancy. (well, the shower is actually quite fancy and complex to operate)

Had an incredible stay at Senaru Paradise in the Deluxe Bungalow. It’s walking distance to the waterfalls, and the views of Mt Rinjani are spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to look after us and made the whole trip.
