Very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was enough bedding to be warm on 2 cool nights. The location was good, a straight quick drive to town and back.

The couch wasn’t comfortable and the room needed another couch or armchair if 4 people are staying.

This unit exceeded my expectations; it was newly renovated before our 4-night stay December 2025. The furnitature was new, and most items in the well-stocked kitchen had never even been used. It's a nice two bedroom townhouse at the back of a larger house. The entry, a bathroom, and two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The 2nd level has an air-conditioned living room with high ceilings, kitchen, dining and laundry. The high ceiling gives the living room a spacious feel. Both levels have nice bathrooms with showers. The downstairs bedrooms have fans, and it was comfortable while we were there. There is a small, tidy back yard with artificial grass. It has enough space that my kids did play there. The location is good, a could hundred meters walk to the beaches, and about a ten minute walk (700m) to Yamba's main area of stores and restaurants. The house is in quiet area, and there was no noise from neighbors. Overall, it was quiet and comfortable location that I was looking for.

Everything was good. There were minor imperfections from the recent renovation, but really minor.
