The three primary suites showcase extra exceptional amenities like vaulted ceilings, picturesque views, and large en suite bathrooms. Our group of 14 college friends had a wonderful time at the “Rockin’ 7”… we loved the spaciousness of the home with the large master (which included two bathrooms), four separate bedrooms, and a large fun bunk room which had six Murphy beds (twin size) and included a second kitchen! The view from the back deck was beautiful and we loved getting up early to watch the sunrise and see deer. We wish the front had been mowed as it gave a bad impression at first of the property and the back deck needed cleaning, but the house was clean and ready for occupancy and fully stocked. There was one Keurig coffee machine in the bunk room, and one coffee maker and a Keurig in the main kitchen. However, the coffee maker and the Keurig in the main kitchen were definitely having problems so we were only able to use the one Keurig. Elizabeth, the on-site manager, was very attentive, but unfortunately, she couldn’t help us to get the fun jukebox to work; it kept playing the same song over and over again. It would’ve been so much fun if it had worked. Additionally, there were no instructions as to how to leave the property through the gate so I was very glad that Elizabeth promptly responded to my text. Our group would love to return!

Rockin’ 7 rocks!
Every year our group of 8 takes a short girls trip to relax and catch up. Our trip this year brought us to this wonderful property. Of the many trips we’ve taken the view overlooking the hills from this back porch is absolutely the best!
Whether you’re sitting around the fire pit(plenty of wood provided), in chairs on the porch, which runs the length of the house, or relaxing in the pool and spa, every view is amazing!
As you walk inside, you instantly feel right at home. You’re greeted by a large comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table perfect for chats after dinner or games and puzzles. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have very comfy beds. Each bedroom has its own bath.
Down a hall off the main living area is a second living area with a full kitchen and a large sectional sofa.
In this room, the six bunk beds are twin Murphy beds! So fun!!
This home is located 2 miles from the entrance to Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, a must see! It is a short drive to the nearest town, Glen Rose, and about 20 minutes to Hico, where there is great shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back next year!

Our family of 15 (7 children, 7 years and younger) had a great time at Rockin' 7. There was plenty of room for everyone, the pool was fun, and the view was spectacular. The house is situated near Fossil Rim Wildlife Park, Dinosaur World, and Dinosaur Valley—all great activities for our grandchildren. Two of our children said it was our best family vacation ever!
