Love the houses interior and Nola charm! The house was very clean. Good water pressure.
It is quite noisy being near the road, but nothing much you can do about that. Overall nothing to complain about.

Comfortable and looks nice inside. Updated recently, good set up in kitchen if you will be cooking. Sofa and chair are what I have been looking for at home. Oversize that you can fall asleep on and not care because you don't wake up stiff / in pain. Bathrooms are decent but have the sink that sit on something. They look ok but never have good functionality.
Bed was a bit hard to sleep on until figuring out diagonal seemed to work best for me. Trucks regularly shake the building like mini earthquakes. It does happen at night occasionally. You will eventually get used to most of the noise and shaking (but not all) but it took us 3 days. Right next to the street makes dusty.
