We returned for a second stay and were very pleased with the hospitality and services. It was like going to see old friends, feels like home. They are making improvements with every visit. We will always choose this hotel when we visit Hanoi 🇯🇲

It's located in tay ho the expat neighborhood of hanoi. There is lots of restaurants and cafe around. Also lots of different clinics and spa places. It's a quiet neighborhood and the reception is always there and quick to reply. I highly recommend it.

Luxe Paradise Suites & Hotel Tay Ho feels like a true home away from home. We stayed in two comfortable apartments, both well equipped with quality furnishings, Western-style bathrooms, good water pressure, effective air conditioning, and excellent soundproofing. Would recommend 🙏 The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to sleep well. We also loved the enormous leather sectional sofa—perfect for families like ours who enjoy lounging together and watching movies. The staff made our stay especially memorable. Annie, who welcomed us, showed us around, explained everything, and helped whenever we needed something, was truly wonderful. She even helped us retrieve something we had left behind and personally opened the door and walked us through the apartment. She was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The security guard was always cheerful and greeted us with a warm smile, while the maintenance and housekeeping teams were friendly, responsive, and happy to help whenever we had a request. The location is wonderfully convenient, with restaurants, mini markets, and pharmacies nearby. The apartments were comfortably clean, though not deep-cleaned in every detail. Overall, this has become our second home in Hanoi, and we’ll happily return.
