Apartament jest w świetnej lokalizacji. Jedna strona okien jest od rynku, druga od placu między kamienicami. Wyjście jest bezpośrednio na plac. Mieszkanie jest duże i przestronne. Wygodne z dużą ilością łóżek. Posiada pełne wyposażenie.
Brak możliwości podłączenia swojego smart sticka do telewizora - wyglądało jakby zarządca specjalnie to uniemożliwił swoim montażem (tylko 6 programów w telewizji). Niemniej to tylko mały minus, nie wpływający na ogólną ocenę (sugestia do zmiany). Jeśli komuś to przeszkadza (nam nie) to w wieczornych godzinach czuć zapachy płynące z restauracji położnych tuż pod oknami na rynku (tylko od strony rynku). Warto jeszcze dodać informację o braku możliwości przedłużenia doby (z którym spotkałem się pierwszy raz odkąd jeżdżę do Wrocławia).
