Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit Nähe (Auto) zu schönen Stränden und zur Stadt Alkmaar ist top.
Das Bad im Untergeschoss hatte geringgradig Schimmelbefall an der Decke und die Duschkabine ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren zu weich (zugegebenrmaßen Geschmacksache).
