Location, and having 2 parking spaces. Excellent explanation of parking spots.
Electrical issues were not resolved. Difficult to find due to poor landscaping.

Beautiful and spacious duplex, perfect for large families or groups. The layout was very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The entertainment area and game room made the stay even more enjoyable for the kids, and the two private parking spots were extremely convenient. Great location, clean apartment, and excellent communication from the host throughout the stay.

Great duplex for large families, very spacious and well arranged. The kids’ game room was a big hit, and having two parking spots is a real advantage in Montreal, especially for groups traveling with two cars.
