The location is good. Close to 'Ikan Bakar' place. The house is spacious. Ample parking. 6-10 min to Teluk Batik beach. There is a working refregirator. Untested microvawe but looks new.

There are few concerns and things that the owner should pay attention to. 1) The facilities - there is a TV but broken. There is a kettle but can not use at the kitchen area due to faulty soket. Have to use near the living room. The iron is ready but using chinese standard socket. Need to purchase the adaptor if wanted to use it. There is no ceilling fan. 2) The house - The aircond compressor sound like a helicopter landing. The problem is that it is located outside the masterbedroom. The toilet having yellow stain in the toilet bowl. There is a bath tub but the faucet is broken. The master bedroom will have free entertainment till 12a.m as the nearby restaurant have open karaoke/ buskers. Quite loud.
