App Visy in Center Novalja with Pool

Perfect location for hideout festival, close by to bus stops and not far from shops / main area of Novalja. Pool area was great and cleaned daily, and our apartment was perfect for 6 guests.

Only downside was the lack of towels and toilet roll provided during our stay. We were staying for 7 nights and were only provided one towel and one hand towel each, we did ask for more but were told this is the standard. One towel for over a week is not sustainable and unhygienic, we were disappointed with this. We also had to purchase our own toilet paper so would advise to do this early in! There is also a lack of lighting up to the back of apartments which can be dangerous, make sure your phone flashlight is working

The pool was excellent, and the outdoor area was very well maintained. Everything was clean, and the hostess was constantly cleaning around the pool, which we really appreciated.

The biggest downside was the extremely loud parties in the surrounding apartments within the complex. Every day from around 8:00 p.m. until midnight, people were drinking, singing, and inviting friends who were not even staying at the property. One night they came back from a party at 4:00 a.m. and started swimming in the pool while making a lot of noise. The owners did not seem to intervene. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no frying pan, no proper kitchen knife, no kettle, and no microwave. One of the pots was extremely dirty, as if a previous guest had used it without washing it. There was no broom or vacuum cleaner available in the apartment. For a seven-night stay, we received only one towel per person, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The mattresses were also very soft, which made sleeping uncomfortable. We love Croatia and usually leave very positive reviews. However, I would recommend this accommodation mainly to teenagers or people who plan to party every night rather than to guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
