Situat aproape de plaja. Casa scarii foarte curata si spatioasa. Are aer conditionat.
Curatenia lasă de dorit foarte mult. Este galagie noaptea pana târziu, avand in vedere ca este un restaurant chiar sub apartament. Se strica obloanele foarte des, canapeaua din living daca se extinde, ii cad stinghiile de dedesubt, la baie când faci dus, iese apa pe jos in baie foarte mult, nu exista suport de sapun, sampon la dus. Hota este defecta, ii cade grilajul când o deschizi. Am găsit gandaci in dormitor. Foarte greu cu locurile de parcare.

Ролети трохи застарі, це змусили трохи нервувати при відкритті. І ключі до вікон погнуті це змусило трохи нервувати і замінити один ключ. Всьому є свій час але якби не було цих двох моментів то я оцінила цю квартиру на всі 10 балів
