We spent a wonderful fortnight at Ruby and would happily recommend it. There was plenty of on-street parking in front of the block. The flat itself is modern, spacious and really well equipped – the Smart TV was excellent and the sofa extends comfortably into a bed, which was perfect for lounging and watching the World Cup matches. The ocean view is fantastic and the location is genuinely quiet and tranquil, ideal for a relaxing break. The owner, Feathers Houses, was a pleasure to deal with throughout – courteous, professional and responsive.

A few things worth flagging for future guests: there's no air conditioning, which made things a little uncomfortable during the summer heat, so bear that in mind if you're visiting in warmer months. The balcony was also out of action during our stay – the glass balustrades had been damaged in the January storms and hadn't been repaired by the time we arrived at the end of June which was disappointing. This may well have been down to the block's managing agent rather than the owner, but it was a shame not to be able to use it. The swimming pool was lovely, though a few parasols would have made it even better for shading from the sun. None of these issues took away from what was overall a really enjoyable stay and we'd stay again without hesitation.

Estava tudo ótimo e em bom estado. O sítio é super calmo. O apartamento é fantástico, não podia ter escolhido melhor. Tem uma vista fantástica. Adoramos e vamos voltar
