Has a lot of potential but there are no amenities. Even basics like cutting board, wine opener. Pool but no sun beds. The bathroom upstairs floods when showering, kitchen faucet also spews water, no salt even. having said that, has a lot of potential if they just invest €100-€150 for basics. Not sure why they don’t?

Regarding the accommodation, it was very সুন্দর (nice), clean, fully equipped, very cozy, and located in a safe area. However, it is difficult to get around without a car. There is no public transportation nearby. It takes about 35–40 minutes to get to the city center in Lisbon, and even longer if there is traffic.

The most important issue is that when you arrive at the property to check in and collect the keys, their team forces you to pay a €500 deposit in order to receive the keys. Otherwise, you will not get them. There is also no guarantee that you will get the deposit back, as their team does not respond when it is time to check out. The owner simply says to leave the keys in the apartment and check out.

The property had a fly infestation, and overall the house is in need of serious maintenance. Parts of the floor are lifting, with air trapped underneath. There is a lot of rust everywhere and clear general wear. The pool doesn't appear to be well maintained. The barbecue was impossible to use — full of old grease and burnt out. The windows have no blackout coverings, and there is a great deal of glazing throughout the property, which makes it impossible to sleep after sunrise. The house had only the bare essentials: there was cutlery for just 6 people, when the place sleeps 8. There weren't even any pool towels — we stayed a week, I asked, but was told they weren't included. It could be a lovely house if the maintenance were kept up. The cleaning team is good and efficient, but that alone doesn't make up for the overall state of the property. Overall, we were quite disappointed
