Spacious. grocery near by which is great for utilizing the kitchen. Plenty of restaurants around and delivery options as well. Attentive hosts to any issues we had. Early check in was available. The balconies were great. Quiet neighborhood. Parking included. Great river view. Very comfortable beds and tv in each room. Lots of natural light. Nice neighbors. Fun fairy garden right next door. Close to Kent Life Museum.
No lift to get to the higher floors which was surprising for a new building and wasn’t very handicap friendly for my mom who uses a cane. Very hot in the summer weather and air con (though I know that’s common for the UK) or fans. Can get buggy in the apartment as no screens on windows. Lots of pigeon poop on the balconies. We had no running water for a day. Some food left over from previous renter. Nothing too big.
