The included free breakfast was really good. The hosts were really accommodating and friendly. The room itself was clean and had ample space for our group of 6. Will definitely recommend staying here.
Wish they had a sign by the main road although finding the property through google maps wasn’t really hard. Also a drinking water dispenser for each room.

Super friendly staff, cute location and amazing food - some of the best cooked meals I’ve had in a while. I enjoyed talking to the hosts about what brought them to Cebu and what their vision was for hotel. I would recommend this place for anyone seeking simple, comfortable accomodation that is close to all the main attractions without being stuck in the chaos of city center.
There was noise some nights - I think there must be a bar or something similar nearby. The karaoke was also a bit loud one particular evening.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nipaville and spend 5 great days there. The compound really has it all and it felt peaceful to be in this secluded accommodation. We especially enjoyed the hammocks, the great breakfast and the possibiity to workout and we would definitely come back anytime! Thanks for everything:))
