Stayed here for 7 nights. Room was big but not overly clean. No hand towels, only bath towels. No safe in the room. Kettle and cups but no coffee or teabags provided and strangely no teaspoons either. Glass wall between the shower and the toilet and a sign saying to close the shower door…..there was no shower door. Every time I had a shower the bathroom floor got soaked as there was a gap in the runner on the floor where the shower door should have been. Mentioned it on my first night and was told someone would look at it the next day, but no one ever did. The area around the pool looks nothing like the photo, it was a bit grubby and run down. The pool itself didn’t look very clean, and there were no steps to get into it anyway. You could see where the steps had been but they had been removed and not replaced. On the plus side it was less than ten minutes walk to the beach, plus lots of restaurants and massage spas in the immediate area. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful……but I wouldn’t stay again.
