    I want to go back to Hanoi just to stay in this place. The staff were amazing, communication was smooth all the way, supplied documentation I asked for my Visa. I had the last floor room which has a big balcony 👌🏼 The bed - WOW. If you have a chance - book the place 🙏🏼

    I stayed here for the month of Feb 2026. The apartment wwd well appointed and very clean. Everything was in working order and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. The internet was excellent during my stay. The apartment is located down an alley, which made for quiet evenings despite being close to everything you need. No complaints and i would gladly stay here again.

    The place is very beautiful, as in the pictures, but also misleading. We chose the place because of the size, but when we arrived it turned out that the apartment is on the 7th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, the additional floor is climbed by very narrow spiral stairs, and it is a real challenge to carry luggage. There is no one who can help and you will have to deal with it alone. When you enter the apartment, it turns out that instead of the 70 meters promised in the booking, the apartment itself is barely 30 meters, even space for luggage we had to improvise. The rest of the area is a very large balcony that was irrelevant to us. One last point is the kitchen - in the picture it is very impressive, but inside the cabinets there is nothing except a racket and a pot. It does not really allow you to use the kitchen - in short, beautiful in the pictures but not practical.
