We stayed 1 month in this apartment during business trip in NYC. Great location, and the Blueground app is easy to use — it makes it simple to reach customer service and book cleaning services.
There were a lot of issues with the building during my stay. The room was very dusty when I arrived — it seemed like it had been cleaned many days earlier. There was also ongoing construction in the building. Throughout my stay, we constantly had hot water issues. On top of that, there were a couple of very hot days in NYC, and the AC in the apartment didn't work — it was about 90°F in the room. Customer service was unable to get building maintenance to fix the AC; instead, they sent a tower fan.
