Great location clean and great kitchen love the dog park right across the street

Couch was a little uncomfortable but enjoyed everything

The place had what you need for a young family or couples get away. The location is just a block away from Little Italy which is a very popular and nice area for anyone to visit locals and travelers.

The furniture is old and not very comfortable. The couch had a gap in the cushioning which was hardly cushion. The armrest was hardly sturdy enough to "rest" on. And the beautiful floors were so dirty the bottoms of our socks/feet were black!. But the biggest disappointment was the parking! I got 2 $53 tickets (my fault yes)it just would have been nice if that issue was transparent in the description. The spots on the streets were all metered meaning from 8am to 8 pm spots have a 2 hr max at a whopping 6 min for a quarter. Anyway it was about $30/day for parking after figuring out the lot accross the street had a daily rate and allowed us to come and go. This could have and should be information provided prior to arrival. And the shower faucet isnt hoojed up correctly to allow the hot and cold water to mix and adjust to your liking. Its either HOT HOT OR Cool.

Dog friendly, close to places we wanted to visit, and dog park across the street.

Needs updating. No parking when it was advertised as having fee parking. Couch very uncomfortable. Needed extension cord to use my CPAP
