Location: very good. But it is around 15 kms from Nainital Lake tallintal. And to reach there your will be stuck in traffic before tallital.
Parking: Ground floor shuttered and opened rooms which they claim parking. If guests more with own vehicle.vehicle have to be parked on the side of the road. Trucks and traffic noice after 10:00 PM.
Service: No room service. I stayed two nights, no room cleaning, no water in one of the room, no one was there at the counter. There is no network. Wifi works only at counter. Plug sockets were open and broken with open wires. I stayed at 3rd floor .so no network and call. For every requirement you need to go downstairs then call if network is there. Towels were like pochas. Bedsheets were dirty....I means pathetic. No drinking water. No shop nearby.
Why it is in Agoda ?
Wont repeat this property if offered in free.
